Old technology – the charcoal Big Green Egg grill; a ceramic egg that imbues meats and vegetables with a natural colour and the taste of fire.
New technology for meat preparation – sous-vide; meat is prepared in vacuum, surrounded only by herbs and its own juices.
Technology itself isn’t enough, though; we place a great emphasis on choosing raw ingredients, their storage, and preparation itself. Brandy la Moravia’s kitchen has underwent a complete reconstruction and is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment. The restaurant’s design was entrusted to a prominent designer and his team. Another chief article of Brandy la Moravia is our whisky. We’re the only place in the world where you can taste the genuine Czech Single Malt Whisky and other products made by Trebitsch Old Town Distillery.
We’ll be delighted to offer you a duck quarter confit served with sauerkraut and bread dumplings, or wonderfully unique grilled beef ribs. Veritable gourmets can enjoy Steak Bourboun, served with the Bourbon corn sauce.
Our menu has no lack of fish and vegetables, prepared on the Big Green Egg grill. You can wash it down with beer made in the Dalešice brewery, and have Montecelio coffee with your dessert.
